Practice
Mr. Goodman has been with Curtis, Mallet-Prevost, Colt & Mosle LLP since 1987 and is a partner in the Corporate International Department concentrating on finance and mergers and acquisitions. His finance practice includes the representation of U.S. and foreign issuers/borrowers and underwriters/lenders in a wide variety of venture capital and corporate finance transactions, including debt and equity offerings. Mr. Goodman's merger and acquisition clients primarily consist of U.S.-based public and private companies undertaking uncontested stock or asset purchases. He has represented clients operating in a broad variety of industries including the telecommunications, eCommerce, shipping and transportation, food and beverage, hotel and lodging, manufacturing, biotechnology, commodity trading and mining sectors, among others.
Mr. Goodman has spoken at numerous conferences and panels on topics including raising capital in the U.S. and international financial markets, the use of American Depository Receipts and Rule 144A Regulations. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
