Transcript:
I'm thrilled that I had a chance to be President when this project came of age, and that I supported it intensely, and if I did anything to accelerate it and improve the quality of it, I'm grateful. But the scientists deserve all the credit, and this was one where, with all the partisan divides we had in the United States, we were together on this. Just about everybody I asked to help on this, whether they were Democrats or Republicans, said yes. And I'm grateful that it was I think one of the signal achievements of my Presidency.
