I think that probably was the first thought that went through people's minds when that announcement was made, and you know, you conjure up all kinds of scenarios that a Congress which at that time may have been, was more business-friendly for example, would start questioning why would the Federal Government need to continue funding a project when here's a private company that's going to do it all.
